We didn't have any polenta and it has been too hot to stand over the hotplate stirring, stirring, stirring, so I used cold,cooked grits. We had this for lunch and my husband didn't leave enough for the animals to get their paws in. Once it gets cold here (mid January to late February), I'll be making real polenta and saving the leftovers. Thanks Jean B., from another Jeanne B, in Georgia Messenger with Voice.
