Guest guest
Sure. Times are on high in the Hamilton Beach clone of the George Foreman, so it may take a little longer if you have the George Forman. I use almost any type of bread such as whole wheat, rye, French, Italian, etc. Even Texas Toast. Then I spread 2 ounces of cream cheese on one slice of the bread. On top of that, I slice fresh peaches (canned could be used) or bananas, or strawberries, or bananas and strawberries. I then sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and put on the top piece of bread. I place this in the center of the grill and close it. I heat the grill before I start these. I leave it closed for about 4 minutes. I then turn it over and cook for another 2 minutes. Breakfast is served and delicious. You can use any types of fruits you want, and you can top the fruit with more cheese if you wanted. Apple would do well with a topping of cheddar cheese. Just use your imagination. I'm interested in those, what type bread do you use and about how long do you grill it in your Foreman? TIA, Zena
Guest guest
.. Hi Marilyn, I love the idea of your breakfast panini, I'll have to try that. I know breakfast recipes like French toast are just too much work when you are in a rush. I'd love to turn you on Woke up, fell out of bed, Dragged a comb across my head Found my way downstairs and drank a cup, And looking up I noticed I was late.
