Guest guest Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 Fireworks (the Works) Potato Salad 8 Yukon Gold potatoes 5 green onions. chopped 10 cloves garlic, diced 4-8 Tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. black pepper 1/4 cup olive oil 1 cup chopped cilantro 10 spears asparagus 1/8 cup lemon juice salt to taste Dice potatoes in 1' cubes. Cut asparagus in 1' pieces. Steam asparagus and potatoes with skin until tender. Add rest of the ingredients. It is best if allowed to marinade. Top with roasted sesame seeds.
