I did that once myself. Everyone was done eating and saying good-bye

by the time I was ready to enjoy my squash. ~Janet~

I wonder if it would work to cut it in thick slices? Hubby does that

with potatoes on the grill (pre-cooked a little bit in the micro) and

they turn out nice, especially with some smoking chips.

Peace,

It's a little hard to grill cut butternut squash unless it's in foil, it forms a

thick sugar type coating just like yams.

Believe me I made a mess out of the grill with it in the past. If you use a

pan like Amy has and dice it up in small pieces, add with the otherveggies and

baste it, I have a feeling it will work.

" I saw a film today oh boy

The English Army had just won the war

A crowd of people turned away

But I just had the book.

I'd love to turn you on

Woke up, fell out of bed,

Dragged a comb across my head

Found my way downstairs and drank a cup,

And looking up I noticed I was late.

Found my coat and grabbed my hat

Made the bus in seconds flat. "
