Guest guest Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 Onion Dill Potatoes 1 3/4 pounds small new red potatoes, quartered Water 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 3 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Place potatoes and enough water to cover in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over high heat until water comes to a full boil, 4 to 6 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking until potatoes are fork tender, 8 to 12 minutes. Drain. Return potatoes to pan. Stir together all remaining ingredients in small bowl; pour over potatoes. Cook over medium heat, gently stirring occasionally, until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
