Guest guest Posted July 1, 2006 Report Share Posted July 1, 2006 Armenian-Style Potato Dish 1/8 cup peanut oil 4 1/2 cups raw diced potatoes 4 tablespoons tomato paste or puree 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1 small onion, chopped fine 1 tablespoon dry minced parsley Mix all together and place in a greased casserole dish.
