thank you Robin! Yes... I've wasted many a can of Coors and budweiser this

way! Puts a dent in the population... but still, they chomp and they chomp!

They even live in the soil here, since there's no where else damp.

to get rid of slugs, put a lid (like from a mayonaise jar) in the soil so

the rim is level with the dirt. fill the lid with cheap beer - the slugs will

die happy.
