Thank You for saying this Deanna.

When folks get the bible/religion involved I have two answers I will give-

depending on how well I think they will be received. The first is that Adam

and Eve were vegetarians until they were banished from the Garden and had to

live outside Paradise.

And if they contintue to rattle on about how they had the sacrificial lambs

and all that stuff they like to go on about-,my second reply is- " well- they

didn't have refigerators, microwaves, automobiles,etc. either- so when you

live without the use of modern conveniences we'll talk more about my being

'wrong' according to the bible. "

I don't wish to upset anyone either about this subject- but i know I used

to get alot of this type of thing and I didnt' have a good answer for a long

time, so thought I would comment on what you said so the newer vegetarians

might have a little something to say back if anyone starts with them and

they feel the need to respond.
