Guest guest
Thank You for saying this Deanna. When folks get the bible/religion involved I have two answers I will give- depending on how well I think they will be received. The first is that Adam and Eve were vegetarians until they were banished from the Garden and had to live outside Paradise. And if they contintue to rattle on about how they had the sacrificial lambs and all that stuff they like to go on about-,my second reply is- " well- they didn't have refigerators, microwaves, automobiles, etc. either- so when you live without the use of modern conveniences we'll talk more about my being 'wrong' according to the bible. " I don't wish to upset anyone either about this subject- but i know I used to get alot of this type of thing and I didnt' have a good answer for a long time, so thought I would comment on what you said so the newer vegetarians might have a little something to say back if anyone starts with them and they feel the need to respond. - " genny_y2k " <genny_y2k Friday, June 30, 2006 1:27 AM Re: Whitney bring her own food > Whitney, > I try not to bring my own religeous beliefs into a chat but please > remind your mother in a loving way that in the begining humans did > not eat meat.
