Congrats Evelyn does anyone know how to make tart glaze???

Welcome to the group, did you look in the recipe files? You know I have to

admit I have no clue about the tart glaze, I never make it.

I'm hoping another member will have the recipe for you.

Congrats! On your husband's return.

Evelyn,

A glaze is usually just a very thin mixture of powdered sugar and

your choice of liquid. 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons of

your choice of juice or water w/vanilla. Depending on your tart,

lemon or orange juice is very good. Just whisk the sugar and liquid

until smooth and drizzle it onto the prepared cool tart.
