AJ Do you or anyone else know how to make fermented black beans? Do you just add some vinegar to black beans and let it ferment? Those little bottles of fermented black beans are expensive. One person made it and it smelled up the house so much that even the neighbors didn't like it. Not exactly the answer I was hoping for. It seems they also use black soybeans, which I have never seen or know where to get.
