Guest guest
I just made these for dinner tonight and could not resist trying one at lunch. I didn't have any kidney beans in the freezer, but did have some pintos, and not quite as much heat because my tum can't take it but they are absolutely a dish I will make again. My veg hating son dropped by and actually tried one and...drum roll...LIKED them. He did say I needed to add more meat. I just smiled and didn't say a word. Thanks bunches PunkinPie!
