Guest guest Posted June 27, 2006 Report Share Posted June 27, 2006 Chocolate Butter 1 stick butter, softened; cut into pieces 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted to soft Stir butter and chocolate together by hand. Transfer to covered container, refrigerate or freeze until ready to use. Serve with biscuits, scones, pound cake, croissants, muffins, pancakes or waffles. ~Tip~ Margarine works also.
