I seen alot of new members are in here. Hello to

everyone, you will learn alot from this group.

 

I made the chayote-potato recipe of AJ's post from the

other day. They were really good. I don't care for

some other kind a squash but my favorite is chayote,

those really are easy to make and fried up good.

thanks paul they are hard to get here so when I see them, I buy a bunch lol

I was told it tasted like zucchini, after eating it doesn't at all, has a flavor

all of its own.
