I just think it tastes funky. I saute with tequila, vermouth, dry sherry or

even aquavit.

Come on Deanna, get that wine bottle out and explore. Add it near the end so

the spirits don't burn off.

The best wine I ever tasted was some I made. I just made a couple

gallons but it sure was fun and a pastor friend sometimes used it for

communion..LOL

Do you know if 'dry sherry' has additives? What is the purpose of

using it in cooking? Taste? Remember I am a country girl and new to

this fancy cookin'..LOL
