Guest guest Posted June 25, 2006 Report Share Posted June 25, 2006 Dice 2 peeled carrots and 1 peeled chayote and cook in small amount of boiling, salted water in saucepan with lid until tender. Serve with melted butter or make a thin white sauce and serve creamed. You can use the vegan savory sauce from the files in the files where I'm a member or make your own white sauce.
