I don't have a way to print and type out the recipe today so I'm sending the link, you might like to give this a try. I thought it was very good and I will make it again in the future. I'm new and this qyestion caught my eye. I bought urad in error, I thought it was black beans. ~lol~ I went on an internet search and ended up with this recipe.
