So I will be making it you way from now on. I will add your changes to the recipe so others can enjoy it that way to. Hugs AJ AJ - I'm with you. I didn't like the raisins with this either. Used a 1/4 cup of capers (the big mild ones from Greece) and balsamic vinegar instead of the red wine (not as ascetic). Added blanced, slivered almonds form protein. Love your recipes, AJ.
