I made " Broccoli Potato Pancakes " by Paul in the broccoli folder and I made " Simple Vegetable Bake " by Bear in the casserole folder. Both are very good and my non-vegetarian husband didn't say any complaints and ate a 2nd helping too. I will make more recipes in the near future and let you know how it tastes.
