Mandi~I would try a little of yogurt in natural plain with noflavor.

I make fruited soups sometimes with my family when I visit Germany

and trhis is what I use.

I don't acquire a taste yet for tofu either. I use it more now but

it had to grow on me.

Hope that this yogurt idea helped you.
