I have to make this recipe and the beet dip. I'm a lurker, I'm Helen

and the beets brought me out of hiding.

Whitney, I used to eat Kraft mac & cheese with beet shoestrings mixed in.

I want to thank everyone for these recipes, my printer is about to

blow up on me from overuse.
