It is worth the money, gold earning no Diamond, Maybe lololol

From what I have read about sea salt it doesn't rise blood pressure like table

salt does.

LOL I love your story, lets find that chef and go have a drink lol I bet he has

some great stories.

I would rather have a good expensive jar of Celtic sea salt over a pair of gold

earrings, it means that much to me when I cook.

It's like trying to compare fresh ground coffee beans to freeze dried instant in

a jar.

I'm a salt junky, I have no fear, my blood pressure is very low.

I remember when I was about 19 and working in a hotel, I used to go during my

dinner break and watch the French Chef, he taught me many little kitchen tricks,

one evening he couldn't find his Celtic sea salt and one of the cooks handed him

a box of Morton's salt, he took it and tossed it against the wall and yelled,

don't you ever use this while I'm in here.

Cute French Chef with a very bad temper, he got mad one day and he tossed a huge

knife at the wall, I think my eyes bugged out seeing it sticking in the wall,

95% of the time he was patience and fun.

I was always fascinated watching the Japanese ice carver.
