Guest guest Posted June 21, 2006 Report Share Posted June 21, 2006 Green Zucchini Sauce 1 medium zucchini 10 fluid ounces plain yogurt 1 clove garlic, or more 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons dried basil 1 pinch salt and pepper Just blend the whole lot in a blender and serve.
