Thank you Sharon, Happy Winter. I forgot that our summer is your winter. THat

would eally take some getting used to.

Keep warm and enjoy baking, there are some desserts in the files using

cardamom, that's my other thing I can't do without, I toss it in almost all my

cookies, go to the brownie folder and there's an old family recipe for Swedish

brownies, they are a white brownie and easy to make, add some cardamom to them.

You can make a simple sugar cookie and add cardamom.

Not here in my part of AU anyway.

I did open the packet and smell- it smells so nice- that is why I am eager

to try the shortbread and something with orange and cardamom..... I need to

check the files for this as I know there was something listed- or else i saw

it recently in one of my cookbooks.

If i ever find them whole- I WILL buy them ( unless the cost is prohibitive

of course!).
