Guest guest
I would rather have a good expensive jar of Celtic sea salt over a pair of gold earrings, it means that much to me when I cook. It's like trying to compare fresh ground coffee beans to freeze dried instant in a jar. I'm a salt junky, I have no fear, my blood pressure is very low. I remember when I was about 19 and working in a hotel, I used to go during my dinner break and watch the French Chef, he taught me many little kitchen tricks, one evening he couldn't find his Celtic sea salt and one of the cooks handed him a box of Morton's salt, he took it and tossed it against the wall and yelled, don't you ever use this while I'm in here. Now for pepper I like black but i use it on everything and in everything, I also like green peppercorms ground, White pepper just doesn't do it for me.
