Guest guest
Simple Sugared Almonds This is very simple and delicious. 1 c. almonds, slivered 1/2 c. sugar - add more or less depending on the amount of coating you like Heat a dry non-stick frying pan, to med. high heat. Add the above ingredients. Stir frequently. When sugar begins to melt, stir constantly. Once the sugar has completely melted and coated the almonds, pour onto wax paper to cool. It is great on salad or to eat as is. My kids can't stay away from these, when I make them. I love the fact too that they require no butter or oil added. They make up very quickly. Enjoy, Judy
