This one sounds like the one I would make....i never measured what I made before- so this way I can make it and have it handy for when I need it- which will be soon for this recipe! Thanks also for helping with the egg quantity.... I am not sure what the texture is supposed to be - but I can guess. You have been a wealth of information to me today. I appreciate all the time and effort. They do have taco seasoning here- it is usually $1.25 on sale.... for one little package- so making my own will be cheaper.... i am thrilled!
