I realized I needed to read and get more information after the lady made the remark at the restaurant. I am glad there are groups like this one available with people to help : ) I would have to agree with you about the buffet places. For Mothers' Day we took my husbands mother to an Old Country Buffet. I did a bunch of research on the internet before I went as I'd not been to that particular chain before and did ask one of the servers a question about a food, who was very helpful and asked the cooks for me. Some of the chains have nutritional information on their web sites which at least narrows down some of the questions. Thanks!
