Guest guest Posted June 16, 2006 Report Share Posted June 16, 2006 Flaxseed Shake 2 tbsps. flaxseed, ground finely 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, ground finely 1 stick of cinnamon, ground finely 1/2 to 1 tsp. pure vanilla powder 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 ripe banana, cut into thin slices 8 to 10 fresh strawberries or other berries in season 7 to 8 ice cubes Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, whiz until smooth, and add more ice-cold water if the shake is too thick.
