Guest guest
It was me- Sharon in South Australia that was looking for this- and boy does this sound yummeee! The only thing I need to ask about for me to make it here is the egg replacer... it calls for : 2 T egg replacer mixed with 6 T water Can you please tell me how many eggs this would replace? We use eggs at this time..... mostly because i can't find a replacer here where we live. SO..... I am thinking perhaps that would be 2 eggs equivalent- but thought I better check to be sure. Oh and one other thing- the chili powder- that is the 'American' Chili powder- right? to make 'chili non- carne or the like?..... See- we dont' have proper chili ( the food) powder- I have to blend my own. chili powder here means something like ground cayenne's or the like... so i just needed to check the 'ethnicity' of that ingredient too..again- my common sense says it is USA chili powder, but one just can't be sure! lol Thanks again for the recipe, Sharon in SA - " Chupababi " <alcovi Thursday, June 15, 2006 3:41 AM Soy Chorizo - A spicy meatless Mexican sausage I can't remember who was looking for this.
