I had a spot of good fortune yesterday in the form of a pay rise (I

have CFS and am only working a few hours a week at the moment so every

lirttle helps) and to celebrate I bought myself a George Foreman Grill

which was on special offer at the supermarket. If you have one, what

do you use it for? Do you have any favourite recipes? Did you buy one

and then never use it again? (Do we detect a touch of buyer's remorse

slipping in there, LOL.) I bought the baby one and now I have it out

of the box I'm thinking I could only do fairly small kebabs on it, or

perhaps it's not even suitable for that, and perhaps I should have

bought a larger one, or perhaps I should just have bought a griddle

pan to use on the stove top. Can you tell I'm feeling totally

indecisive today? I checked out the barbecue/grill section of the

cookbook shelves in the bookstore today but all the books were written

for meat and fish eaters with very few vegetarian recipes.

Any comments, suggestions, advice gratefully received

TIA

Grill vegetables on it, grill potatoes on it, grill your sandwich patties on

it!! There are a million things it will come in handy for!!
