Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Share Posted June 15, 2006 Raspberry Mint Cooler 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup mint leaves 1 cup water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade or lemonade concentrate 2 cups club soda Combine sugar, leaves and water in 2-quart casserole. Cook in microwave full power of stove until mixture begins to boil, about 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Let stand for 5 minute. Add frozen raspberries and limeade.
