Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Share Posted June 15, 2006 Rosemary Oven Roasted Potatoes 3 large baking potatoes, cut into eighths 3/4th stick of butter 1 1/2 tablespoons dried rosemary 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (non-MSG type) Melt butter cookie sheet in 350°degree oven. Add rosemary and seasoned salt. Lay potatoes on top. Bake for 1 one hour, turning every fifteen minutes. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
