The Cookbook for People Who Love Animals(totally Vegetarian recipes) 2.) Nutrition For Vegetarians (no recipes just vitamin , etc. advise) 3.) You can send them very cheap by sending them " book rate " by USPS. you cannot send any other thing in the package but books. Also, don't expect to receive them soon. Donna will get hers on my way to the UK. It will be a drop shipment from 31000 feet.
