Jalapenos ? Chico

Hi Chico,

I'm Diane. I do this with sweet red peppers and then puree & freeze

for sauce & soup in the winter. Would jalapenos freeze well too, do

you think? Or would they lose their heat?

 

O man, cream cheese & pimento sounds great stuffed in a roasted

jalapeno!
