Guest guest Posted June 14, 2006 Report Share Posted June 14, 2006 Chilled Strawberry Orange Soup Ingredients 1 pound fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, slightly thawed (about 1 pint) 1-1/2 cups fresh orange juice 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons lime juice (optional) 1 teaspoon grated ginger Instructions In food processor or blender, process all ingredients until smooth. If using fresh strawberries, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill thoroughly. If using frozen strawberries, serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until needed.
