Guest guest Posted June 13, 2006 Report Share Posted June 13, 2006 Oh dear I have gone adrift in a sea of online kulfi recipes :-( There are some which call for a tin of evaporated and a tin of condensed milk and then seem to add cream as well. I really don't think I'd better make any or I will become enormous - I can feel the pounds going on just reading the recipes. One thing I forgot to say is that kulfi is usually made in small flattened cone-shaped molds - one recipe I saw suggested freezing it in popsicle molds.
