I didn't can it as I'm out of lids (not rings, I have a zillion of those) and all my smaller jars are in the attic. Its yummy! Probably not as hot as the recipe should be. The grocery didn't have any habaneros so I had to settle for Anaheim, which while hot are milder than Habaneros. No red jalapenos either so I did all 6 green jalapenos. I planted some scotch bonnet in my deck pots, and I'll keep my eyes peeled for better variety of peppers. They come and go at the grocery store. It has a very complex flavor, I think the mango adds a lot to this sauce. Thanks for sharing the recipe!! I'll be digging out my small jars and getting some lids before the weekend.
