We do not have soyrizo or anything (veg) like it here- can someone tell me what

it tastes like ( spices,texture....) or maybe someone knows of a recipe to make

my own version of it in a crumbled form?

Am a familiar with chorizo from seeing it on tv and back when I lived in the

States it was just getting popular in PA....... even the veg version was

available to me- but was too expensive for my paycheck so I never got to try it.

I keep thinking it is pepperoni-like - in taste- but maybe heavier on the cumin

and/or coriander?
