Aaaaaaaaaaah diapers.....LOL Now that creeps me out. Hey Amy just spread the

zucchini out on a cookie sheet, the moisture will dry up in a short time. I

don't care to use the paper towels either.

You know zucchini does vary, I make zucchini pie a few times a month, one time

it will be moist and the next time a little drier. I would add a little extra

breadcrumbs if they are too wet and if a little dry add a little more mayo. I

love those crabcakes too.
