Tomato-Feta Pizza

 

3 roma tomatoes, finely chopped

1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese

1 green onion, finely chopped

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1/4 teaspoon pepper

4 whole soft pitas

 

Combine all ingredients except pitas and mix well. Cover and let stand

for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange pitas on a baking

sheet. Spread tomato mixture evenly over pitas and bake for 10 to 20

minutes. Slice into wedges and serve as appetizers or whole pizzas as a

meal. Serves 4.
