Guest guest
Donna, Thanks for the info. Since I am soooo old fashioned and do not have a credit card I cannot order anything on line, but I'll bet my local health food market has organic coffee. Interesting about the caffeine. I have several relatives who have migraines and they swear by taking caffeine to stop a migraine headache. Guest guest
Donna, Everyone is different but I think the reason coffee may " calm you down " is because it stimulates the adrenals so much and then exhausts them so it is like running a race for your adrenals. Then later on at night it may be hard to sleep because of built in toxins from coffee and possibly other things. It is just something to consider.
