Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 Fancy Green Salad 2 heads belgian endive 1 head radicchio 1 head boston lettuce Dressing: 2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsps. liquid honey 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbsps. fresh basil, chopped 2 tbsps. fresh coriander, chopped Dressing: In bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, ginger, salt, pepper and garlic; gradually whisk in oil. Stir in coriander and basil. Trim endives, separate into leaves. Separate and tear radicchio and boston lettuce into bite-size pieces. In salad bowl, toss greens with dressing.
