Guest guest Posted June 8, 2006 Report Share Posted June 8, 2006 Corn Chowder in the Crockpot 1 small chopped onion 2 cups diced peeled potatoes 2 pkgs. (10 oz each) frozen whole-kernel corn, broken apart 1 can (16 oz) cream-style corn 1 Tbs. raw sugar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce-vegetarian type 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper few dashes of liquid smoke 1 cup water or veg.-broth In skillet, saute onion and potatoes in a small amount of oil for about 5 minutes, then combine all ingredients in crockpot; stir well.
