It's a key ingredient in bearnaise sauce. it's wonderful to season vinegar

with. I just used it in a cuke salad recipe when I discovered I was out of

tarragon vinegar... it is soooo good!!! Beth

1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1 pinch dill

weed 3 small cucumbers, sliced thin (English are best) 1 small sweet

onion, sliced thin

Combine sour cream, parsley, vinegar, sugar and dill weed.

Gently add the onion and cucumber slices.

Cover and chill.

Best if served the same day.
