Guest guest
It's a key ingredient in bearnaise sauce. it's wonderful to season vinegar with. I just used it in a cuke salad recipe when I discovered I was out of tarragon vinegar... it is soooo good!!! Beth 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1 pinch dill weed 3 small cucumbers, sliced thin (English are best) 1 small sweet onion, sliced thin Combine sour cream, parsley, vinegar, sugar and dill weed. Gently add the onion and cucumber slices. Cover and chill. Best if served the same day. genny_y2k <genny_y2k wrote: Does anyone have experience with this herb?
