No, never feel intimidated, just experiment. You can

steam and add to a salad. I thaw and eat then raw.

There's an edamame hummus in the files I believe.

If you eat frozen lima beans then use these the same

way. Don't eat the outer pod though.

Oops, sorry, that sneaked out. A big feartie is a scaredy-cat, one who

is " feart " or afraid.
