It was a recipe I found in a meat-eater cookbook and

I adapted it over to veggie with some adjustments.

" Yum " pretty much sums up what I think of it, too.

 

I will share my stew from last night here in a little bit

as I get through some more past digests. My son loved

it and it was so easy. I love to use the crock-pot all year

long, but especially in the summer here because it gets

too hot in my kitchen to cook... but we all gotta eat and

sometimes nothing hits the spot like a warm stew after a

full day outdoors. I know crockin' during the winter is wonderful

too. Is it getting chilly downunder now?
