Guest guest Posted June 6, 2006 Report Share Posted June 6, 2006 Debbie's Pesto Spread 2 Packages of Softened Cream Cheese 1 Package of Goat Cheese 1/2 Stick of Butter Sundried Tomatoes finely chopped Pesto with the oil squeezed out (click here for pesto recipe) Mix together butter and cheeses Line a loaf pan with cheesecloth Spread a layer of cheese into pan Spread a layer of Pesto on top of the cheese Repeat to make as many layers as you want Refrigerate over night Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
