Guest guest Posted June 5, 2006 Report Share Posted June 5, 2006 Sweet Napa Cabbage With Pasta 8 ounces fresh angel hair pasta, cooked 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 onion, sliced thin 2 chinese eggplants, sliced thin 1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded 2 medium tomatoes, diced 1 tablespoon herbes de provence In a non-stick frying pan or a wok, heat oil until smoking. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Add eggplant and cook for 4 more minutes. Add the cabbage, tomatoes and Herbes de Provence and simmer for 5 minutes.
