Strawberry Tea Sandwiches

16 slices raisin bread

8 ounce cream cheese

1 pint strawberries, hulled, sliced lengthwise

Stack bread slices and trim off crusts, if desired. Spread each with a

thin layer of cream cheese. Top half of the bread slices with a single

layer of berry slices. Cover with remaining bread slices, making

sandwiches. Cut into quarters, on the diagonal. Chill or serve. Makes 8

servings. Serves 8.

A mother of 7, I need to lay down.
