DOnna,

 

I thinkone reason there are so many dessert recipes with carrots is because

they are sweet. Have you ever heard of parsnip halvah? :>(

Thanks Guru, I will add parsnips into the diet more

now.

I still want to grate them into a sweet bread. I think

I can make a wonderful creation with them. Just the

right amount of freshly ground cardamom and nutmeg

will do it. My celestial wheels are rolling now.
